On 13 July, 2017 2017 | FMUL News Comments Off on NeuroSycad receives PT Innovation Award No tagsNeuroPsycad, a project led by Hugo Ferreira, Ricardo Maximiano and Diana Prata, an IMM researcher, won the PT Innovation Award in the “Academia” category.
This start-up uses a set of algorithms, which through the analysis of resonances or other exams, “learn” to detect patterns that characterize the functioning of the human brain.
The goal is to determine the patterns of diseases such as Alzheimer’s, cognitive deficit or Parkinson’s.
